Water is the most important for good health to keep your metabolism cranking at its peak.
It’s also very difficult for the body to tell the difference between hunger and thirst, especially for PCOS women. The next time you feel hungry, you might just be dehydrated. Try drinking a glass of water instead of grabbing a snack.

• transportation of oxygen and nutrients
• giving the cells their shapes
It is recommended that you drink at least 2-3 litres of water daily. You can make it interesting by adding lemon into the water or drinking other beverages such as coffee and tea.
