1) We have a 7-day refund/return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund/return/exchange.
2) To be eligible for a refund/return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase together with proof that the goods received is damaged or sent incorrectly.
3) Please contact our Customer Service and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
4) Your returned Products with return slip are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within five days after the drop-off at post office counters. We will refund you via store credit which you may utilize for your next purchase or we resend the products for you based on the reason for return. If you prefer to refund in different ways please call our Customer Service Team at +6012-432 5333 or email customercare@improwell.com and we will try our best to assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sky Nutraceuticals Sdn Bhd, No. 4397 (PT379), Lorong Perindustrian Bukit Minyak 7, Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, 14000 Bukit mertajam, Penang, Malaysia.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Depending on where you live, the time you receive your exchanged product may vary.
Gifts
- If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
2. If the item is not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, not applicable to sale items.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
