We accept returns for:

· Defective item(s) upon receiving

Terms and Conditions:
1. Requests for return due to incorrect item(s) or defects require proof, which can be provided in the form of images or videos, or other means deemed acceptable by Concevoir.
2. Refunds for incorrect and defective items will be processed upon receiving the returned item(s) under these specific conditions.
a. Product(s) must be in its original packaging.
b. Sachets and boxes should be unopened and unused.
3. Incorrect or defective items can be exchanged for new ones upon request.
4. All shipping fees, including taxes and tariffs during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returned items must be packed and received in good conditions and will be inspected by Concevoir’s management upon arrival. Items received in poor, unpacked, or damaged condition will not be eligible for refunds.
6. Concevoir is not liable for parcels lost during the delivery process, and no refunds will be provided in such cases..
7. Returns are only for items from Concevoir.
8. This return policy doesn’t apply to explicitly non-exchangeable items.
9. Refunds will be processed within 14-20 business days upon receiving the returned item(s).
10. All return and refund requests need Concevoir’s approval.
